Due to the new systematization, the mandates of Sladjana Pavlović, Milica Škiljević and Mevlida Gusinjac ended
At the end of last week, the government fired three assistant ministers of health because their jobs were abolished by the new Rulebook on internal organization and systematization of that department.
Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović proposed to the Government to pass a decision on the termination of the mandate of the general directors of the Directorate for International Cooperation and Harmonization of Regulations, Sladjana Pavlović, the Directorate for Economics and Health Projects Milica Škiljević and the Directorate for Health Mevlida Gusinjac. Pavlovic is a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), and Mevlida Gusinjac is a member of the Social Democrats (SD). Skiljevic was previously allegedly a member of the SD.
The government has appointed Aleksandar Sekulic, a member of the Democratic People’s Party (DNP), acting director general of the Digital Health Directorate at the Ministry of Health.
At the last session of the Government, the Director General of the Directorate for Social Work and Child Protection in the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare, Goran Kuševija, was dismissed at his personal request. The decision states that his term ends on March 1.
At his personal request, the mandate of Darko Konjević, Director General of the Directorate for Rural Development in the former Ministry of Agriculture, also ends.
Due to the expiration of the mandate, the Government also dismissed the director of the Metrology Institute, Vanja Asanović, and Gordana Bajić was appointed acting director on Thursday.
